Goganovic said that it would never allow Serbian member and the Chair of the Presidency of BiH Željko Cvijanović, in the jurisdiction of foreign policy and defense.
He explained that Helez could not interrupt military-bilateral cooperation with Serbia, because that is not in his jurisdiction, but the Presidency of BiH.
– This is another irresponsible move by colleagues of Helez, because and the messages we receive from the international community say that strong inter-gray cooperation is needed that contributes to the peace and stability of this part of Europe. “Due to the inappropriate behavior of the Minister of Defense, I made a decision on the suspension of all activities arising from the Cooperation Plan, which includes schooling and joint exercises,” Helez said.
