A lot of uncertainty has settled in the crypto market (especially after that “terrible” October 9 and the record number of liquidations).
It seems as if the peak of bitcoin (at a good 125 thousand dollars) in this cycle has already been reached, while ether has not even exceeded the peak of the previous cycle, reports SEEbiz. Central banks mostly buy gold as a reserve currency, but also a small amount of bitcoins.
The Czech central bank announced that it had experimentally bought $1 million of bitcoin and some other altcoins, even though ECB Governor Christine Lagarde claimed in January that bitcoin would never be part of the reserves of any central bank in Europe.
