Based on the Protocol on the manner of regulating the mutual obligations signed between the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the High Judicial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lukavac, is visible from the implementation of the project to build a new building of the Municipal Court in Lukavac, prepared by the Ministry Justice and administration, and with which the Government of the TC was met today.
The TK Assembly, on the proposal of the Government, 2023. It made a decision on giving support to the purchase of land, which has begun the realization of this capital project. Accordingly, almost 250,000 KMs are allocated for the purchase of the parcel on which the future building of the Court will be. After the procedure conducted, the Municipal Court in Lukavac obtained the main project and all accompanying studies, and provided the necessary fees for the issuance of a building permit. In the name of these activities, from the Budget of TK for 2024. 228,125 KM was allocated. The building permit for the construction of the facility was issued in June 2024, and in June 2025. its validity period extended. As seen from the considered information, all activities are carried out under the supervision and with the support of the Ministry of Justice and the Management Board of TK.
As part of the Capital Investments of the Funding of the Federation of BiH, the TC government has secured 2.5 million KM for the new building of the Municipal Court in Lukavac, and the Municipal Court in Lukavac has launched the public procurement procedure. The proceedings were conducted through the open procedure, and after the opening and assessment of the bids, five bids were found to exceed the planned budget, until one met formal conditions, ie did not adequately imported to the submitted documentation. Therefore, a decision on the cancellation of the proceedings was made, with the obligation to prepare a new tender documentation and re-announcing public procurement.
The realization of this project is a significant step forward in improving the working conditions of judicial institutions in Lukavac, which will be provided with modern, functional and safe spatial capacities in line with the needs of citizens and the judicial system.
The TK government today identified a list of deficit occupations in TK for the school 2025/2026. and determined the criteria, conditions, procedure and method of award and payment of scholarships to regular secondary school students who enroll in interest from this list. According to the established list of deficit occupations are a mason-faceder-insulator, a caramer-concrete, a ceramic-teracter, a facetrainal operator, a carpet, gas and plumage, autoelectric mechanization surface and chef.
According to today’s decision, the right to allocation scholarships have regular students of the first grade of high schools in the status of a public institution in the TK, which is in the school 2025/2026. educate for one of the above occupations.
The government has provided a total of 100,000 KM for scholarships, with the total height of the scholarship, for one candidate, to 1,170 KM, and will pay in nine equal monthly installments of 130 km. The right to a scholarship can be granted for a total of 85 candidates, for any deficient occupation at a minimum of eight candidates, the TC information department has been announced.
