The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina brought the Trial Judgment, in the “Cluster” case, for two people who acknowledged that they were trademarks.
The Court determines the court sentence of two-year-in-two-year-in-law to the accused Mirko Tufegdžija and Vasić for two years and at the same time determines that they will not be carried out if the accused not commit a new criminal offense.
Also, the Court in the Accused Mirko Tufegdžija, sentenced 10,000 KM fines, and the prohibition of certain calls, activities, with the time spent on the support of the prison sentence at the time of this security measure. The Court from the accused Mirko Tufegdžija and Vase Pajic took the property benefited with a criminal offense of 500 KM.
The accused Legal Face College “Union” The Court sentenced a unified fine in the amount of 50,000 KM, and the defendant’s legal entity was confiscated and unlawful property benefits in the amount of 9,600 KM.
The accused, among other things, was found guilty of 2016. until February 2023 in the February of the University of Modern Sciences, and as an intermediary, and the Legal Face of the High School, and the Accused Vaso Pajic, as an associate High school institutions in BiH and the mediator, in order to acquire property benefits, associated with other people, using official positions or authority, or diplomas, titles, persons interested in buying and acquiring diplomas, titles and titles without acting educational process, without transferring knowledge and scientific research and without a valid, consistent and non-acting student attendance and ending the higher education cycle from the Framework Law on Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Court of BiH.
