The Acting Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton filed an indictment against four people due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of human trafficking in connection with the sexual exploitation of two minors for the purpose of prostitution (Human Trafficking – from Article 210a paragraph 6 of the KZFBiH). Two police officers from Kalesija, Emir Kadrić (23) and Ismet Hujdur (24), police officer from Živinice Almir Hodžić (36), as well as Mirsad Jagodić (64) from Banović are accused. The indictment was submitted to the Kalesija Municipal Court for confirmation.
Also, a proposal was made to the competent Municipal Court in Kalesija that after the confirmation of the indictment, a measure of detention should be ordered within the legally stipulated period, and after the investigators of the Criminal Police Sector of the MUP of TK deprived them of their liberty yesterday by order of the Prosecutor’s Office.
˝The indictment charges them with sexually exploiting two minors several times in the period from April 2024 to July 2025, even though they knew and were aware that they were victims of human trafficking and that they were minors,˝ said Admir Arnautović, spokesman for the TK Prosecutor’s Office.
We remind you that the indictment is the result of the continuation of the work of the investigation team of the Prosecutor’s Office and the SKP of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey on the case of human trafficking, in which the indictment against Besim Kopić, Miralem Halilović, Jasmin Modrić, Dževad Požegić, Šemsudin Kadrić, Zijad Jagodić, Sulejman Šehić and Nedim Avdić was already confirmed in January 2026.
