The union of civil servants formed the work coordination of courts and the FBiH Prosecutor’s Office

The President of the Independent Union Samir Kurtović presented activities in his presentation in the past period with concrete proposals for taking new measures to protect and improve the position of workers in the FBiH courts and the FBiH’s Suds.

All presidents of the courts and prosecutors of the canton were present at the meeting, where all the presidents of trade union organizations presented the problems of employees from municipal, cantonal courts and prosecutors, where they were proposed after exposure to resolving and improving the status of employees in the judiciary.

After consultation at the meeting, the conclusions were made:

1. The formation of the Work Coordination of the Courts and Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of BiH in the coordination includes all the courts and prosecutor’s Office of KS, TK, ZDK, USC, HNK. SBK, BPK, ŽZH and Posavina Canton, which are part of the representative independent union of civil servants and employees of the FBiH.

2. The President of the FBiH was elected the President of the Courts and Prosecutor’s Office of Coordination, Hasan Tokić President of the President of the Courts and Prosecutor’s Office of the Coordination, Adem Å uÅ¡njar President of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office and Prosecutor’s Office, was elected Courts and Prosecutor’s Office.

3. To send an act for maintaining meetings with the new President of the HJPC, Mr. Sanino Bogunić in order to harmonize certain procedures with the aim of improving the rights of employees

4. Initiation of proceedings and adoption of the Law on Salaries and Fees and Prosecutor’s Office of the Courts and Prosecutor’s Office of the Cantons, hold a meeting with the Prime Minister of the FBiH Nermina NikÅ¡ić, to form a working group.

5. The Full Support of the Trade Union and All Socials and Prosecutor’s Office and Prosecutor’s Office and Prosecutor’s Office shall initiate a warning strike, as the Government of the JZH refused to access the Federal Collective Agreement and there is no Law on the GSH authorities.

The meeting was extremely high quality, where many issues were resolved, from mobbing to employees, workers’ rights, salary increases and compliance with the collective agreement applicable to all employees in the Federation of BiH.
