The delegates mostly discussed whether a judge of Croatian nationality should be chosen instead of Judge Kate Senjak, who retired. Different interpretations of the Constitution and the decisions of the High Representative regarding the selection of judges were evident.
According to the FBiH Constitution, in the Constitutional Court, out of a total of nine judges, there should be at least two judges from among the constituent nations and at least one from among the others.
The decision on the date of resumption of the interrupted session of the House of Peoples will be made later.
