The adoption of this law comes at a time when allocations for people with disabilities increased significantly. Namely, by 2023. year, the basis for disability benefits was fixed 13-14 years to 401 KM, and the total allocations were 139 million KM per year.
Amendments to the current law in January 2023. year, the maximum amount of compensation increased by 70 percent, from 401 km to 728 km, which required an additional 80 million KM in the budget. Thests there are total allocations for disability benefits in 2023. year increased to 220 million KM.
– In 2024. It was provided in an additional 41 million KM, thus increased by total allocations to 260 million KM. For 2025. Although allocations for disability benefits have been significantly increased in the past three years, other social benefits have largely peaceful or grew minimal.
