From the line ministry, they state that the first two employment laws represent a package designed to improve the situation in the Federation of BiH with the aim of resolving, on the one hand, the problems of high-handed employees in deficient occupations, especially stated In service activities, construction and production.
They point out that the Law on Employment is to address imprecise records, in order to finally separate the active job seekers from those who are in the institute alone and other rights that are realized by special regulations.
They claim that this will receive a real image in the labor market, which will enable the employment work in the field of employment mediation, but also in due course the harmonization of the education system with the actual needs of the labor market.

They emphasize that the bill on the unique principles and the framework of material support for persons with disabilities, the so-called Lex Specialis, is the first law of that kind for people with disabilities and is the continuation of work on strengthening the rights and position of persons with disabilities.
This law envisages that verification is being carried out exclusively for preventing the abuse of the right to use someone else’s care and assistance and orthopedic supplement.
People with disabilities with 90 percent and 100 percent of the disability currently receive fees up to the maximum amount of 728 KM, which is enabled by the existing law from January 2023, until the maximum amount was 403 km.
In the meantime, the Government of the FBiH, in consensus with organizations that represent the rights and position of persons with disabilities, proposed the adoption of amendments to this law, as an integral part of the law, and the basics of civilians in the basis of the principle Victims of war, which will mean additional allocation of 5 million KM from the Budget of the Federation of BiH.
The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policies seeks to create better conditions for all citizens, develop a stronger and fairer labor market, and ensure adequate system support to the most sensitive groups of society, the institution said.
