The autopsy was completed and it was established that Kostić was hit by two shots, and not multiple bullets as was assumed in the initial phase of the investigation.
“One bullet hit the victim in the left shoulder, and went under the armpit into the lungs. The second hit was a head shot. It was fired from a 9mm pistol,” a source familiar with the investigation told ATV.
The perpetrator is being intensively searched for, and in the meantime, Aljoša Galić, who was detained immediately after the shooting, has been released. According to unofficial information, Galić witnessed the murder and on the critical evening he tried to prevent the escalation of the conflict by keeping Kostić in front of the restaurant.
Jelenko Kopranović alias Sjenica and Jovica Grujić are still undergoing criminal investigation at the Banjaluka Public Prosecutor’s Office, and apparently they will be handed over to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banjaluka during the day for further action. Both are suspected of participating in the crime, but the exact qualification will be determined by the prosecutor leading the investigation.

ATV sources state that the wife tried to prevent Kostić from returning to the restaurant, but failed to stop him. She followed him to the restaurant in another car, and that’s when Kostić was killed.
