The Governing Council of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) at its last session last year approved the appointment of Emir Kurtić as the CBBH Vice-Governor, responsible for the Department of Statistics, External Debt Servicing, European Integration and Payment Systems.
Kurtić is a professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, Department of Management and Organization, in the areas of corporate management, strategic management, human resources management and organizational coaching. He is the author of scientific and professional works, and a consultant with many years of experience in business development and international cooperation projects.
He was appointed to the position of vice governor for a mandate period of four years, starting on January 1, 2025, the CBBH Communications Office announced.
