“The prohibition measures refer to the prohibition of performing official duties, with the fact that it is specified that it is requested that he be prohibited from any action in future scholarships and scholarship awards in the 2024/25 school year and that he be prohibited from any decision related to relocation of funds from the budget”, said the lawyer for InfoBijeljina.
According to him, the second measure that they proposed was the measure of banning access to the official premises of the City Administration, and that it was specified at the hearing that this refers to the premises of the Department of Finance and the Department of Social Activities.
“The third measure is banning contact with certain persons who must be heard in the coming period, namely his secretary, head of the cabinet, Miodrag Bešlić, his adviser, Ljubiša Stanišić, acting head of social activities and the newly elected head of finance,” said Stojanović.
He opposed those measures.
“These are very dangerous measures regarding the performance of his official duties, because the competition for awarding scholarships to children for the school year 2024 and 2025 has ended, which means that no one can be given a scholarship because he is forbidden to do so works, since there is no more money for scholarships, he cannot even be given to sign an order for the payment of the remaining four scholarships, to all scholarship beneficiaries for the year 2024, that would mean that there are no scholarships to no one,” said the lawyer.
