By the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 28.12.2024. Suspects Nenad Nešić, Mladen Lučić and Milan Dakić were remanded in custody for the reasons stipulated in Article 132, paragraph 1, point b) of the CCPBiH, which according to this decision can last for a maximum of one month, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty, i.e. until 26.01. in 2025 year or until the new decision of the Court, it was announced from the State Court.
Suspects Nenad Nešić, Mladen Lučić and Milan Dakić are accused of having committed criminal acts of conspiracy to commit criminal acts of money laundering under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH; abuse of official position or authority from Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska (KZRS); abuse of official position or authority from Article 383 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (KZFBiH) and accepting bribes from Article 319 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
