Inspectors of the Inspectorate of the Cantonal Inspection Canton Sarajevo Cantonal Administration in the period May – June 2025. year, inspection supervision over the application of the Law on Mediation in Real Estate (FBiH), No. 75/21).
In the reporting period, Trisney Inspectors, in accordance with their jurisdiction, which have legal and natural persons in the real estate in Sarajevo, issued a total of 36 KM 51,970.00, and in addition, one decision was issued.
Out of the total number of misdemeanor orders, 30 misdemeanor orders are relevant to the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Mediation, while 4 misdemeanor orders were issued due to the identified irregularities in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection in BiH.
Inspection supervision primarily controlled the legality of legal and natural persons performing real estate, the competent authority, the obligation to conclude the mediation contracts, meeting the obligation to take the professional exam for mediation agents, guidance Mediation records in accordance with the Ordinance on the form, content and manner of keeping records of mediation, as well as transparency and the accuracy of real estate advertising in accordance with the law.
These activities represent the continuation of the determined and continuous action of the Inspectorate of the Market Tourism Inspection in order to combat illegality and irregularities in the real estate mediation sector, and the protection of the economic interests of citizens and the law of the registration market in the Sarajevo Canton.
The Cantonal Sarajevo Cantonal Administration will continue in the area and in the coming period, and on this occasion, we refer to a clear call to all subjects of real estate business, without delay, to avoid repressive and monetary sanctions.
