Prosecution: Nešić took more than a million KM in bribes, Pandurević confirmed?

Prosecutor Bojana Jolović explained that the prosecution proposed a one-month detention, and the reason is the factual process itself. Dnevni Avaz.

She said that they could not submit concrete evidence to the defense because it could be threatened by other persons under investigation.

She stated that the case from 2019, when SIPA noticed suspicious transactions of Esad Avdić.

The investigation led to a lot of fictitious business related to Sanjin Avdić. Funds were paid to natural persons through his fictitious, legal entities. This all happened in the FBiH and the RS, which she cited as an argument for the jurisdiction of the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Court.

When the investigation was expanded, it also reached the company “Romanijaputevi”. More than 300,000 KM were paid from “Romanijaputev” to various persons, such as the already mentioned Esad and Sanjin Avdić, for fictitious legal affairs.

The director of “Romanijaputev”, Mirko Pandurević, told Sanjin Avdić that he had received a tender of over 2 million KM and that they needed to extract 10 percent, in order to hand it over to Nešić, claims prosecutor Jolović.

As stated by the prosecutor Bojana Jolović, the contact person for the transfer of those funds was Mladen Lučić, the owner of the company “Legend”.

The prosecutor explained that Pandurević admitted that he received an ultimatum from Nešić in 2016 that he must extract 10 percent from the contract. Otherwise, payments will be delayed. She explained that Avdić and Pandurević confessed to everything.

During a conversation that was eavesdropped during special investigative actions, it was established that Pandurević said in the office that: “He had to give ten percent, none of it was returned to him, and that they were being repaid”.

He adds that it is interesting that when the “Romanijaputeva” employee came to the Prosecutor’s Office for questioning, Lucic and Pandurević met on the same day.

The Prosecution believes that Lucic played the role of a facilitator, that he should have found a company through which the money would be extracted and given to Nesic. As evidence, she cited the meetings at the “Espana” hotel in East Sarajevo.

Jolović clarified that Pandurević paid about 250,000 KM annually, which ultimately leads to a figure of more than 1 million KM.

Avaz states that the prosecutor said that the money was left in Nešić’s office, in the parking lot, in bars, in Jahorina, and all this was confirmed by Mirko Pandurević.
