In the inspectors, the inspectors found 407 reported workers and 29 unregistered workers. During the control, 2 taxpayers who did not have approval for the work of the competent authority, 1 taxpayer who did not have a fiscal device and 74 taxpayers who did not record traffic via the fiscal device.
Due to the identified irregularities: the engagement of unrepaid workers, the lack of an installed fiscal device and the non-determination of the turnover by the fiscal device was sealed 18 facilities and the Misdemeanor Order with the total sentencies in the amount of 259,700.00 KM.

In the area Sarajevo Canton 61 controls were performed, in which 61 reported workers and 10 unregistered workers were found, 1 taxpayer who did not have approval for the work of the competent authority and 10 taxpayers who did not record traffic via the fiscal device. Due to the identified irregularities, 6 facilities were sealed and 25 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentencies imposed in the amount of 51,500.00 KM.
In Tuzla Canton 28 controls in which 52 reported workers and 2 unclaimed workers and 8 taxpayers who did not record traffic via a fiscal device were found. Due to the identified irregularities, 2 facilities were sealed and 13 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentencies imposed in the amount of 27,500.00 KM.
In Zenica-Doboj Canton 60 controls in which 128 reported workers, 4 unclaimed workers, 1 taxpayer who did not have approval for the work of the competent authority and 1 taxpayer who did not have a fiscal device and 17 taxpayers who did not record traffic. Due to the identified irregularities, 3 facilities were sealed and 19 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total fines imposed in the amount of 26,800.00km.
In the area Herzegovina-Neretva Canton 40 controls in which 78 reported workers, 4 unclaimed workers and 16 taxpayers who did not record traffic via a fiscal device were found. Due to the identified irregularities, 3 facilities were sealed and 24 offensituded orders were issued with the total sentencies imposed in the amount of HM 60,700.00.
In Central Bosnia Canton 20 controls in which 23 reported workers, 6 unregistered workers and 11 taxpayers who did not record traffic via the fiscal device were found. Due to the identified irregularities, 1 facility was sealed and 19 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentencies imposed in the amount of 53,400.00 KM.
In the area Una-Sana Canton 20 controls in which 48 reported workers, 3 unclaimed workers and 9 taxpayers who did not record traffic via a fiscal device were found. Due to the identified irregularities, 3 facilities were sealed and 13 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentencies imposed in the amount of HB 27,300.00.
In West Herzegovina Canton 10 controls in which 17 reported workers and 3 taxpayers who did not record traffic via the fiscal device were found. Due to the identified irregularities, 8 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentenced fines in the amount of 12,500.00 KM.
The activity of taxpayer inspection will be continued in the coming period. The Federation of BiH’s Tax Administration calls on citizens to seek fiscal account for each purchased goods purchased.
