It was published by the portal Istraga.ba. A one-month detention was ordered for the owner of the company Legend, Mladen Lučić, and the director of the company Putevi RS, Milan Dakić.
According to the latest information, Nešić is at the Clinical Center in Sarajevo, where he was transferred after the hearing.
The hearing was delayed because Nešić fell ill during the morning on Saturday, but he was in the courtroom two hours later.
As a reminder, a hearing was held in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday to order the detention of the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nenad Nešić, the director of the company Legend Mladen Lučić and the director of Roads of the RS Milan Dakić.
In explaining the request for one-month custody, prosecutor Bojana Jolović informed the Court of the details of the investigation, including the fact that Nešić received more than a million marks in bribes during his tenure as director of Putevi RS. The criminal offense of money laundering starts from the moment when the company Romanijaputevi received a tender of 2 million marks with the obligation to give ten percent of the value to Putevi RS, only to later find out that the money went directly to Nešić through the company Legend.
In order to prevent influence on the witnesses and the course of the investigation, the Prosecution requested a one-month detention, while the defense, on the other hand, only requested injunctive measures with the common thesis that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not competent for this case.
