The last hearing in this case was held on 5. December, a little before Dodik was operated on 9. December.
After surgery, he was in a postoperative recovery, so Dodik Defense asked the Court of BiH that the trial against him and Lukic starts from the flow of 30 days from the last hearing.
Dodik expects the Court to respect their request, and if not appreciated, “it is eliminating a moment in every subsequent process tomorrow,” Dodik is considered.
Today’s trial is scheduled for 13:00.
