It was found in the inspections 536 registered workers and 35 undeclared workers. 4 facilities were discovered that were operating without authorization from the competent authority, 2 taxpayers who did not have a fiscal device installed, and 68 taxpayers who did not register turnover through a fiscal device.
Due to established irregularities: engagement of undeclared workers, work without the approval of the competent authority, failure to record traffic through a fiscal device and the absence of an installed fiscal device, 25 facilities were sealed and 136 misdemeanor orders were issued with a total of fines in the amount of 265,100.00 KM.

In the area Sarajevo Canton 57 controls were carried out, in which 74 registered workers and 6 unregistered workers and 7 taxpayers who did not register turnover through the fiscal device were found. Due to the established irregularities, 4 facilities were sealed and 26 misdemeanor warrants were issued with a total of fines in the amount of 56,000.00 KM.
U Tuzla Canton 34 controls were carried out, in which 75 registered workers and 14 unregistered workers were found, 1 facility that did not have a work permit and 13 taxpayers who did not register turnover through the fiscal device. Due to the established irregularities, 12 facilities were sealed and 28 misdemeanor warrants were issued with a total of fines in the amount of 54,300.00 KM.
U Zenica-Doboj canton 48 controls were carried out, in which 105 registered workers and 7 unregistered workers and 20 taxpayers who did not register turnover through the fiscal device were found. Due to the established irregularities, 1 facility was sealed and 23 misdemeanor orders were issued with fines in the amount of 32,950.00 KM.
In the area Herzegovina-Neretva Canton 32 controls were carried out in which 45 registered workers and 6 unregistered workers were found, 2 facilities that did not have a work permit, 2 taxpayers who did not have a fiscal device installed, and 14 taxpayers who did not register turnover through a fiscal device. Due to the identified irregularities, 6 facilities were sealed and 20 misdemeanor warrants were issued with fines in the amount of 42,700.00 KM.
U Central Bosnian Canton 28 controls were carried out, in which 144 registered workers, 2 unregistered workers, 1 taxpayer did not have a work permit and 7 taxpayers who did not register turnover through the fiscal device were found. Due to the established irregularities, 1 facility was sealed and 18 misdemeanor orders were issued with fines in the amount of 44,650.00 KM.
U West-Herzegovina Canton 8 controls were carried out, in which 24 registered workers and 2 taxpayers were found who did not record turnover through the fiscal device. Due to the identified irregularities, 1 building was sealed and 9 misdemeanor warrants were issued with a total of fines in the amount of 17,000.00 KM.
In the area Una-Sana Canton 12 controls were carried out, in which 58 registered workers and 3 taxpayers were found who did not register turnover through the fiscal device. Due to the identified irregularities, 5 misdemeanor orders were issued with a total of fines in the amount of 8000.00 KM.
U Canton of Livno 8 controls were carried out, in which 11 registered workers and 2 taxpayers were found who did not register turnover through the fiscal device. Because of this, 7 misdemeanor orders were issued with fines in the amount of 9,500.00 KM.
The activity of inspection supervision of taxpayers will be continued in the coming period, therefore, taxpayers who have been found to have irregularities are called upon to coordinate their operations and to comply with the laws in order not to be exposed to sanctions and unnecessary costs. The Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina also calls on citizens to ask for a fiscal invoice for every purchased good or service.
