For years, airlines have been asking for light signaling of the central line of the runway at the Tuzla airport to make landing and takeoff of planes easier, especially in bad weather conditions.
The Government of Tuzla Canton provided funds in the amount of 1 million KM for this investment.
The light marking system of the runway increases the competitiveness of the Tuzla airport, and thus the possibility of the arrival of air carriers is greater.
We remind you that the Tuzla airport found itself in a serious problem after the company “WizzAir” closed its base and canceled numerous lines to Western European cities.
