International Cancer Day, 4. February, in Brčko, was marked by the Associations of Small Diseases “Brčko Srce” with the aim of raising awareness, the promotion of early detection, prevention and advocacy of the comprehensive health services for patients from Cancer.
– We are trying to wake up awareness of how important it is to go to the doctor and how important it is to take into account your health, says the President of the Association “Brčko Srce” Ramiza Music.
Professional lecture on breast cancer, as the most adverse cancer in women on this occasion held an eminent surgeon, doctor Aleksandar Guzijan, who pointed out that the awareness of the fight against cancer and prevention is very important in the early discovery of that disease.
As prominently in today’s lecture on cancers is still talking more and more, and that this topic in the focus of interest has also shown a large number of representatives of the Association, but also the institution in Brcko who attended the lecture.
