The project, whose total value is higher than 600,000 KM, is realized thanks to the donation of the European Union in the amount of 500,000 KM, while the remaining funds are secured through the United Nations Peace Fund.
The Chief of Municipality of Bosanski Petrovac Mahmut Jukić pointed out the importance of this project for citizens of the municipality, but also for users from neighboring local communities.
-This is an important day for Bosnian Petrovac and for all users of the Center for Social Work, which is 4,000 in total. I thank the European Union, the Fund for Peace Construction at the UN and all project implementers. Bosnian Petrovac Municipality, with the insurance of land and the necessary documentation, also participated with 50,000 KM. Adebayo Babajide, Deputy Chief of the Delegation of the European Union in BiH, pointed out the symbolism of the project in the context of community and solidarity.
