Namely, in order to more efficiently and reduced crowds, instead of seeking CIPS certificates from citizens, from now on the web service of the Agency for Identification Documents, the records and exchange of data is provided by direct access to residence and residence of citizens Bosnia and Herzegovina and a unique parent number with respect for all legal regulations.
This allows citizens to avoid physical delivery of CIPS documents when applying for the right to the Municipality of Ilidža, such as public administration applications, veteran service, social issues, health, refugees and displaced Persons, education, culture, sports and youth, Finance Service, Economy and Local Economic Development and Property Legal, Geodetic Affairs, Property Cadastre and Property Management.
The municipality of Ilidža became one of the few local communities received by a permanent approach to the stated records, and thus made a significant step forward to improving the effectiveness of legal procedures through digitization and facilitated procedures.
It is important to note that the certificate of residence (CIPS) Municipality of Ilidža physically does not issue citizens.
