The atmosphere was warmed by the announcements of Elmedin Konaković (NIP) and Predrag Kojović (NS).

Our commitment has always and forever is BIH in the EU, wrote Kojović, who confirmed that the reconstruction of the Council of Ministers is being considered.
On the other hand, Konaković said that Dodik’s new/old secession announcements once again confirm that the interests of the Russian people are more important to him than the interests of the Serbian people. Nevertheless, Konaković states in his statement to Raport that the time has come to draw the line of work of the coalition, but that there is no information about the fact that some meetings are being held about changing the majority.
However, while the media talks about the new majority of Troika parties and HDZ with SDS, PDP, List for Justice and Order, they forget about some key assumptions that need to be created in order for any reconstruction to take place.
One of them is that the SNSD does not block the process in the House of Peoples of BiH, where the absence of three delegates can block the holding of sessions. In that case, only High Representative Christian Schmidt can stop the process, but the question is how much the fact that a High Representative would introduce them to power would pay off for the opposition from RS in less than two years until the General Elections.
On the other hand, the question is how HDZ BIH will be positioned in the whole story. If HDZ were to embark on reconstruction, it would mean a complete break in relations with SNSD. Both with and without the support of HDZ, it is likely that the SDA should also be asked to replace the SNSD. This would put the SDA in a situation where it helps the new majority and possibly remains in the opposition. However, the SDA should not be put in a position to vote against the dismissal of Dodik’s personnel.
Given that the public in BIH likes speculation, one possibility is that the Troika, by starting the process of reconstruction of the Council of Ministers without a firm agreement with HDZ, could end up short-handed, provided that the HDZ-SNSD-SDA partnership is renewed during that process.
