Key projects were discussed to be realized in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees, with a special emphasis on supporting return firm communities and improving infrastructure. The ministers pointed out the importance of continuous support to returnees and strengthening mutual cooperation to ensure better conditions for the living and sustainability of return.
As part of the visit, Helez and Dizdar visited the return settlements straight and Kudilje in the municipality of Kupres, where they discussed the local population about the current challenges and needs of returnees. The returnees pointed out the problems with infrastructure and employment, and the ministers confirmed the commitment of institutions to improve living conditions through specific projects.
The federal minister of displaced persons and refugees Nerin Dizdar emphasized the importance of such visits and direct communication with returnees.
– Our goal is to find out through the immediate conversation with returnees with what challenges are they facing and together find the best solutions. Only through constant dialogue and concrete projects we can provide a sustainable return and better conditions for the living of all our citizens – the Dizdar said, the Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees said.
