The President of his Halil Lagumdzija expired on Wednesday 5. February, was appointed Judge of the Court of BiH, and at the session held in February 2021. He was elected President of the HJPC, for a term of four years.
In October last year, the Court of BiH has elected the Judge of Tankić for the new member of the Council, which the mandate will take over today.
Lagumdzija announced on a regular session to give the statement to the State Prosecutor’s Office for “system abuse,” the detector reported.
