Yesterday, the American Commercial Chamber in BiH (FIC), representative office of the German economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UPFBiH) and the Foreign Trade Chamber (VTC BiH), jointly addressed the representatives of the House of Representatives and the House of Representatives Parliament of FBiH and the Prime Minister and Ministers of the FBiH Government.

They consider necessary that the Federation of BiH, after consulting the professional public, including the signatories of this initiative, without delay to amend the regulations in the field of fiscalization in the process of a public discussion of the FBiH Fiscalizing Law.

– Law on Amendments to the Law on Contributions to F BiH, and
– Law on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax F BiH,
Since the only legislative intervention may lead to the actual improvement of the position of workers without consequential negative effects on business opportunities and the total socio-economic stability of the BiH Federation.
