– From the city we expect construction sites, and the kindergartens will be built most likely the RS Directorate. According to him, the basis for the discussion on the city budget is that this document is first referred to the public hearing and to provide a broader discussion.

– When public presiding debt is added, there is a possibility of collapse in the city, said Dodik.
For intervention in the infrastructure of the city of Banja Luka, as he added, the RS government will provide 10 million KM, and the Cabinet of 5 million KM.
– We need to solve capital facilities. We plan to build certain imposing centers, such as the new National Theater of the RS and the Mulimedial Hall. Likewise, we believe that it is necessary to solve the problem of traffic because this is now in the city of collapse, Dodik rated.
The Assembly majority in Banja Luka will seek a proposal from experts in entering and exiting the city and the parking problem because the city is congested.
– Resolving infrastructure issues implies an expert approach based on the study. Also, the plan is to be completely resolved the issue of water supply for the next four years so that no one has a shortage problem, Dodik pointed out.
In addition, as he said, the Cabinet of the President and the RS Institution will give five million KM for sports in Banja Luka.
– It will give one dynamics, and we want to build a national stadium that costs about 100 million KM. We think that is not a problem to make, with the city, participating in that from 20-30 million KM in the next four years, Dodik stated.
– We enter the high school rehabilitation, and that is the competence of the city, he said. As he added, Banja Luka was a regional famous city by cleanliness and desire is that the image be returned.

The Parliament of the City of Banja Luka was constituted on Thursday, only a few days before the expiration of the legal deadline. In the Assembly, most are 20 out of the total of 31 members from SNSD, SP, SPS, US and Demos. In most is the independent councilor in the National Minorities of Sasa Mudić.
The parliamentary majority actually consists of political parties that were in the previous convocation, while the mayor of Draško Stanivuković, the leader of the PDP and his party has seven councilors in the City Assembly.
