This was stated by the head of the Club of PDP deputies in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Igor Crnadak.
Crnadak also stated that this is not about any kind of patriotism, because the rule of free institutions and the balance of power is in the great interest of all RS citizens, compared to the autocratic rule of one man and one party that we have today.
“The Republika Srpska does not need enemies, additional isolation and conflicts, but openness, new investments and a window to the world,” Crnadak said.
He believes that the RS can achieve this goal with its Dayton competences and retaining all the rights from the Agreement on Special Relations with Serbia, which are sufficient guarantees that we will have, as he says, ‘a European RS, as the people deserve’, in the European Union.
“The bottom line is that the SNSD does not want to go to Europe because it implies responsibility for corruption and abuse of institutions and because many of their officials would not see the end of the European path in freedom. The SNSD does not want the European path, whoever does not see that is a fool.” , Crnadak is clear.
Things are clear, Crnadak believes, and adds that the SNSD is doing everything in their power to make the European path as slow and difficult as possible, with the ultimate goal of completely extinguishing the European perspective and keeping the peoples living in BiH forever in this swamp in which good only for ruling officials, their relatives, godfathers and friends.
“Whether SNSD will vote on Thursday for the so-called European laws is not important at all, because voting for those two laws will certainly not change anything, if dozens of other laws and decisions do not follow immediately after that. The backlog is huge, we cannot wait any longer and that European progress is dosed on a spoon, that every step forward is like pulling a healthy tooth and that every European law is tied to the purchase of a building, some tender or some appointment,” says Crnadak.
What is important, he emphasizes, for every person in BiH, as he says, is that in the coming period, we must move towards Europe in steps of seven miles, working every day for some good thing for the people, for the economy, for the future, and more it is not possible with SNSD and their coalition.
We will remind you that the conclusion of the SNSD and their coalition partners implies the termination of European integration and the suspension of decision-making at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina if the court process against Milorad Dodik is not suspended.
“NSRS states that European integration cannot continue in a country where the President of the Republic or any individual is tried on the basis of a law that was not adopted by the legislative body, but was imposed by an unelected individual of foreign citizenship,” it states.
