Senaid Memić is accused of using the powers of the municipal mayor of Ilidža from 2019 to 2020 and enabling the investor Bulevar from Kiseljak, whose director is Tihomir Brajković, to “formally legalize” previously started construction works above the eighth floor on 9 slats in Stupska Street. Although he knew that the investor had no right or reason to build the ninth floor and that it was against the Regulatory Plan “Stup Nukleus”, he enabled the Bulevar company to gain illegal benefits in the amount of more than two million marks in the form of the construction and sale of apartments, the Canton Prosecutor’s Office announced Sarajevo.
The acting prosecutor suggested to the court that 2,908,610.94 KM of illegally acquired property be confiscated from the company Bulevar from Kiseljak. Senaid Memić was proposed to be banned from performing the duties of the municipal mayor for a period of five years from the finality of the verdict.
For the main hearing, it was proposed to the court to hear 21 witnesses, four experts in the field of construction, graphology, economics and geodesy, and present more than 300 material pieces of evidence.
The filing of the indictment was preceded by a complex investigation by the KS Prosecutor’s Office in cooperation with the investigators of the Federal Police Administration, the Office of the Chief Cantonal Prosecutor announced.
