The value of bitcoin (BTC) fell by 1.64 percent to 77,026.36 euros today (January 8) at 15:15 on the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
The total volume of bitcoin trade in the last 24 hours is 36.87 billion euros, which represents a low value.
The Fear and Greed Index for Bitcoin today stands at 28 in the “fear” category, a significant deterioration from yesterday’s level of 42 in the same category.
Bitcoin fell today because investors took profits after yesterday’s growth, so they sold BTC, which brought prices down, and the market is now waiting for new important economic data that will direct trade, the American portal Berons reports.
The value of yttrium (ETH) increased by 3.55 percent to 2,650.15 euros, and the value of binance coin (BNB) by 2.05 percent to 756.47 euros.
Cryptocurrency salt pan (SOL) fell by 2.47 percent to 115.02 euros, and avalanche (AVAX) by 3.58 percent to 11.76 euros.
Telegram’s cryptocurrency toncoin (TON) is being sold today for 1.57 euros, which is 1.4 percent less than yesterday, reports Tanjug.
Bitcoin, Yttrium and Ripple are the most traded today. Cryptocurrencies FXS, GUN and STRAX are currently experiencing the highest growth.
