They warn that the existence of the returnee population has been threatened because certain residents of Šurmanci block the road with machines and dug large canals on the road leading to the houses of the returnee residents.
As they stated in their address, in this way the locals cannot leave and come home in their vehicles, and in this way our existence and life are threatened.
They added that the local police also came to the scene.
