The accused is accused of participating in the illegal capture, torture and murder of around 120 male civilians of Bosniak nationality in the area of Miska Glava and Ljubija, as well as individual torture and murders in the area of the village of Brda and the city of Prijedor in 1992.
The defendant is charged with the criminal offense of crimes against humanity under Article 172 of the CC of BiH.
