The accused is accused of making illegal payments to the account of the Employment Mediation Agencies “Leading” and “Witram” for the fictitious employment of students as the director of the company “Kavina”.
The money paid into the agency’s account was withdrawn in cash and handed over to the accused Alem Mrzić minus the commission. In this way, the accused obtained an illegal benefit from the company “Kavina” in the amount of 120,966.50 KM.
Since the accused has in the meantime shut down the company “Kavina”, he is obliged to personally pay the obtained illegal benefits, announced the KS Prosecutor’s Office.
