The students of Novi Sad held another act of silence on the Varadin Bridge. The gathering of students started in front of the Faculty of Technology. The bridge was blocked from 11:52 a.m. to 12:21 p.m. in memory of the victims in Novi Sad, Cetinje and Arilje, reports N1.
Students carry banners “Nobody alive remembers so many misfortunes for one vizier”, “Your hands are bloody”, “We don’t want vacation, we want justice”, “This exam has no exam period”…
As the journalist announced Žarko Bogosavljević on the X account, the driver of a black BMW tried to drive through a crowd of students. Citizens chased him, and he ran down the street.
Takovska Street was also blocked. Citizens, including SSP members, stand in silence in front of RTS.
In Kraljevo, citizens gathered in front of the City Administration. Among those gathered are veterans of the 63rd Parachute in red berets, reports N1. They are holding a banner that reads: “We’re just watching you.”
Students also blocked the Main Street in Zemun. Citizens got out of their cars to pay their respects.
In front of the Rectorate in Belgrade, a tribute was paid to the victims from Novi Sad, Arilje and Cetinje.
