The finding of the prosperous expert, which is expected in late February, should be key to the further course of the Tragedy that occurred in the area of Donja Jablanica, the Prosecutor’s Office of HNŽ.
According to the latest information, prosecutors are in constant contact with an expert witness to which extensive documentation, including satellite images and 3D field analysis.
According to the court’s order, and under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of the HNŽ, police investigators have excluded business documentation from the HNŽ Ministry of the company “Sani” doo Jablanica, in which he was alleged with a quarry. Likewise, there is also certain business documentation from the listed company and its analysis is also due.
Numerous experts were ordered on the experts of mining, geodetic and geological profession, and data were collected from the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute, as well as data from other institutions and services to which the need arose.
Also, 3D terrain scanning with “leader” from air in the wider area of Donja Jablanica, with the aim of determining the amount and volume of raised ground mass and its massiveness, and the impact on the devastating consequences, ie tragedy. This recording is used for further expertise under the Geological Profession.
Furthermore, at the beginning of this year, it was submitted to the Police Report with the Accompanying Documentation, among other things, the persons of the places from all sites, coroner findings, the newspaper hearing records, and the following documentation is the subject of analysis of the prosecutors.
In addition, a number of persons in the capacity of the witness was heard.
According to the prosecution statement, the investigation so far has shown that in most suffering people, death occurred due to choking with land and similar material.
At this stage of the proceedings, the competent point out that, due to the complexity of the subject and duration, analyzes cannot be added to the causes and responsibilities.
