The President of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik arrived in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the last hearing, ie the execution of the Prosecution and Defense in the process against him and the former director of the Official Gazette of the RS Miloš Lukic.
According to the new knowledge, the State Prosecutor Nermin Cosic asked the final word that the sentence of prison is closer to Dodik and Lukic closer to the maximum for this criminal offense.
By the way, a prison sentence of six months to five years is envisaged for this work.
It also suggested for Dodik and Lukić to improve the security measure of the prohibition of the function lasting ten years and for Dodik, termination of the President of the RS, and for Lukic Director of the Official Gazette.
Dodik welcomed a large number of his prostales in front of the court, and the presence of the police was noticeable.
Dodik and Lukić are charged from 1. to 9. July 2023. In Banja Luka, aware and knowing that the High Representative Christian Schmidt has made a decision to prevent the Law on Inoperation of the BiH Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Court of 1. July of the same year , as well as the decision that prevents the entry into force of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Law and other RS regulations, undertaken actions with the aim of Continuation of legislative proceedings, not applying and not implementing the decisions of the High Representative.
