On Tuesday around 18:00, PS Centar / PU Tuzla, it was reported by the victim EA (1952) from Tuzla, that immediately before the report, at the address where he lives in the Slatina neighborhood (in the elevator of the residential building), he was attacked by two unknown persons , on which occasion his wallet containing personal documents, a bank card, as well as a certain amount of money and other documents were stolen.
Immediately after receiving the report, police officers from PS Center and investigators from the Criminal Police Department of the Tuzla PU, as well as the SHMP of the Health Center Tuzla, were sent to the scene of the incident, and the on-duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton was informed about the incident, according to whose instructions all necessary measures were taken and actions to shed light on the reported event, and to discover the perpetrators.
˝After a series of operational-tactical and investigative actions, the investigators of the Criminal Police Department of the PU Tuzla located and identified, as possible perpetrators of this criminal offense, in the evening hours of the same day, the persons SM (1983) from Tuzle and AK (1988) from Tuzla, where objects stolen from the injured EA (certain amount of money, bank card, etc.) were found, but also objects and traces that were directly lead to the execution of the reported criminal act. Other items stolen from the injured party, a discarded wallet, were also found at the wider scene, the MUP of TK announced.
Due to suspicions of the commission of a criminal offense under Article 289 of the FBiH Criminal Code – Robbery (against the victim EA), persons SM and AK were deprived of their liberty according to the instructions of the prosecutor on duty, they were taken to the detention facilities of the Police Department of the MUP TK, and after criminal processing, along with the Report on the committed criminal offense with evidence, will be handed over to the acting prosecutor for further competent action.
