The most expensive apartment sold in Republika Srpska last year was paid for 798,000 KM in Pale, while 600,000 KM was allocated for the most expensive house in Trebinje, it was confirmed for “Nezavisne novine” from the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs (RUGIPP).
They add that the area of the most expensive apartment was 66.8 m², while the usable area of the most expensive house was 316 m².
“The price of the most expensive apartment traded per square meter in 2025 was 11,946.1 KM/m², and it was recorded in the municipality of Pale (city of East Sarajevo)”, they state from RUGIPP for “Nezavisne novine” and add:
“The highest average price of construction land by city and municipality in the Republic of Srpska in 2025 was recorded in the municipality of East Ilidža”.
They concluded that last year, 18,172 sales contracts were recorded in the Register of Real Estate Prices.
