In the capital of Estonia, Tallinn, an apartment was sold for four million euros, breaking the record for the most expensive apartment ever sold in that country.
It is a 340-square-meter apartment in the Volta Sky residential building in Tallinn, reports ERR, referring to real estate investor Endover.
The apartment, called Villa Sky, occupies the entire floor of the building, and its interior is designed according to the wishes of the buyer.
The apartment comes with a terrace of almost 300 square meters with a view of the Old Town, the sea and the northern part of Tallinn, reports Nezavisne.
“The successful sale in the Volta Sky complex and the just concluded record transaction show that the real estate market does not stand still even in challenging times,” said Endover CEO Rul Tut.
According to data reported by ERR, in the first six months of this year, 825 sales transactions were concluded in new residential buildings in Tallinn, 14 of which were worth more than one million euros.
