Real Estate Market Report in the Federation of BiH for 2024. Federal Geodetic and Property Administration (FGU) has shown that the total number of purchases from 1. January 2024. in the FBiH area amounted to 1,674,018,171 km.

The total number of properties in the purchase agreements registered from 1. January to 31. December 2024. And recorded by the JGS Commission for assessing the value of real estate is 36,159.
Based on data from the contract, three are dominant real estate categories: building land, apartments and agricultural land. By values of the contract, the markets of apartments, construction land and houses are prevalent.
