The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a proposal for the determination of custody measures for three suspects, including the first suspect in the case of Nešić Nenad et al.
The proposal for ordering custody was submitted after questioning the suspects, according to the statement.
Minister of Security of BiH Nenad Nešić, director of the Public Enterprise “Roads of the RS” Milan Dakić, and Mladen Lučić and four other people were arrested for corrupt crimes in the operation “Tunel 2”.
