The Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton has placed a proposal in the Jumperous Court of Jeans for Admir Masic (50) and Chess of Kladia, due to the existence of a reasonable suspicion that the extended crime of severe theft.
The masic is suspected of being in the period from May 2024. until 11. February 2025. He committed a total of nine severe thefts, while Ahmetovic was charged that he committed five of the criminal offenses as an accomplice.
There is a well-founded suspicion that the masic broke into the premises of the Islamic community in Kladanje and alienated the amount of money he found, and in one family house where he stole gold and silver jewelry, as well as the higher amount of money. Also, from the work machine, one company in Kladanj alienated a certain amount of oil, and also broke into a charming pharmacy and commemorated things.
Mašić and Ahmetović are suspected that he had broken five mosques as complicants, in Kladanja, Olov and Zavidovići, and made the interference in two religious buildings to steal the money that found the voluntary contributions of the believer.
Investigators of the Department of the Criminal Police PU Kladanj, according to the order of the Prosecutor’s Office, in Živinice Court, performed a residential building and cars that use suspects, during which certain cases were found to be affected by the execution of these crimes.
After the criminal processing, the suspects were submitted to the Prosecution’s jurisdiction. Acting the prosecutor brought an order to carry out the investigation and examined the suspects.
