Lars Frankemölle will succeed Rainer Schnabl as the new President of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosnia and Herzegovina, starting on March 1, while Schnabl moves to a new position as a member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank International AG.
The President of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank dd BiH Peter Jacenko said that the appointment of Lars Frankemölle represents a continuation of the strategic path that this bank has already established.
– His extensive professional knowledge and many years of leadership experience make him extremely competent to lead Raiffeisen Bank dd BiH in the next phase of development – pointed out Jacenko.
Raiffeisen Bank’s statement stated that this change in management represents a clear continuity of their strategic direction and that they remain committed to acting as a strong, reliable and promising partner to clients, employees, the Raiffeisen network and the wider community.
Lars Frankemölle has been serving as a member of Raiffeisen Bank’s Risk Management Board since April 2024. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including several senior management positions in Austria and the CEE/SE Europe region.

Raiffeisen Bank expressed its gratitude to Schnabl for his strategic leadership from 2022, noting that his contribution further strengthened the bank’s resilience, strength and market position, reports Fena.

Lars Frankemölle will be succeeded as a member of the Risk Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank dd BiH by Nermina Alić, who joined the bank in 2020 and has since been recognized for her strong contribution to the development of the risk management function.
