Police officers of PU Banovići, acting on reports of events indicating that unknown persons during the night of 11/12/04/2026. committed or attempted to commit several crimes in the wider area of the Treštenica municipality (in which a public property was damaged – a children’s playground, and private property of citizens: motor vehicles, agricultural machines, yard fences, etc.) and the Grivice municipality (in which a low-voltage electrical cable was stolen to the detriment of RMU Banovići) took a series of operational actions and measures with the aim of elucidating and documenting the reported criminal acts, and discovering the perpetrators.
In this regard, during the criminal investigation, under the supervision of the on-duty cantonal prosecutor, certain investigative actions were taken, in which way it was learned about the possible perpetrators of the reported events, who were found and identified, namely MJ (1982) and EJ (1991) from Banovići, who were deprived of their freedom by order of the cantonal prosecutor.
˝MJ and EJ are suspected of being during the night of 11/12/04/2026. committed three criminal offenses of Damage to another’s property from Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, two criminal offenses of Theft from Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the criminal offense from Article 287 in connection with Article 28 of the same Law – Felony Attempted Theft, and after criminal processing in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Criminal Procedure of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton for further action. it was announced from the Police Administration of the MUP of TK.
