The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina had a deadline of 24 hours from the moment when the arrestees were handed over to the prosecutor to submit a request to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for possible injunctive measures or detention, and then the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina had an additional 24 hours to hold a hearing and make a decision.
