The acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton submitted a proposal to the Tuzla Municipal Court for the determination of a one-month detention measure for Adnan Kunosić (37) and Sanel Muminović (42) from Tuzla due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that, as accomplices, they had committed the crime of robbery in conjunction with the crime of aggravated theft , as well as that they individually committed the criminal offense of robbery, and Kunosić also committed the criminal offense of aggravated theft.
They are suspected of having, as accomplices, on January 14, 2025, in the elevator of a residential building in Tuzla, with the use of force, taken a wallet with a certain amount of money, a bank card and documents from a seventy-year-old EA from Tuzla. Also, that they were together on 23.12.2024. in a particularly brazen manner in the Tuzla neighborhood of Slatina, they snatched a bag containing money and bank cards from a woman’s hand.
Kunosić is also suspected of attacking an elderly man in the entrance of a building on January 13 of this year, pushing him away and taking his wallet with money, a bank card and documents, and also of taking advantage of a man’s inattention on September 7, 2024. took a wallet with money, a bank card and documents from his pants pocket. Muminović is also suspected of having approached a woman in the parking lot in front of a market in Tuzla on December 15, sprayed tear gas spray in her face, kicked her in the back, and took her purse with a wallet, bank card and money.
The investigators of the Criminal Police Department of the Tuzla Police Department, by undertaking investigative and operational actions, established the identity of the suspects after the robbery they committed against EA on January 14, and they were deprived of their liberty. A criminal investigation was carried out against them and they were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office along with a report on the crime committed.
The acting prosecutor ordered the investigation and interrogated the suspects. Investigations are ongoing.
