Acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office TK submitted to the judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Municipal Court in Gračanica a proposal to determine a measure of custody for Armin Kamarić (36) from Gračanica due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violent behavior.
Kamarić is suspected that on April 17, 2026, in the late evening hours in the town of Pribava near Gračanica, he came to the family house of the injured AG, carrying in his hand a tool-thorn digger, and without any reason broke the front windshield and two side windows of a parked car near the house. After that, he entered the yard, approached the entrance to the workshop on the ground floor of the house, where the victim was with his minor son, and broke the door and glass and made serious threats to them, causing great fear and anxiety in the child. The victim tried to prevent his further violent behavior, there was physical contact between them, and the victim injured his head when he fell.
In this way, the suspect Kamarić threatened the civil peace of the victim and his minor son with violence, as a result of which AG was injured.
Shortly after the event, the police officers of the Gračanica Police Department deprived Kamarić of his liberty, a criminal investigation was carried out and, along with a report on the crime committed, he was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The acting prosecutor ordered the investigation and interrogated the suspect.
