Police officers of the Police Department of the MUP TK, Criminal Police Department, Department for the fight against the abuse of narcotic drugs, acting according to the order of the Municipal Court in Banovići, with the assistance of police officers from the Special Support Police Unit and the Banovići Police Station, on Monday in the area of Banovići, searched the person of NH, (1994) from Banovići, the house, yard and auxiliary premises, and the weekend house and natural areas, as well as the motor vehicle used by NH
˝During the search of the aforementioned buildings and natural areas, the following items were found and temporarily confiscated: 9 (nine) PVC. packages of various sizes containing a white substance that looks like a narcotic drug (preliminary weighing determined that it is a substance weighing about 500 grams), 1 (one) package containing a plant substance that looks like a narcotic drug, 2 (two) digital scales, as well as other items with traces of a white powdery substance. The found materials will be the subject of an expert examination, and used as evidence in the later proceedings”, announced the Police Directorate of the MUP of TK.
By the order of the cantonal prosecutor on duty, the person HN was deprived of his liberty due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense from Article 238, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs, and the same, after criminal processing, together with the Report on the committed criminal offense, will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton.
