The District Commercial Court in Prijedor opened the bankruptcy over the company “Tera Vita” from Kozarska Dubica and appointed Željko Dragicevic from this municipality for the bankruptcy trustee, listed on the official page of this court.
“The credits are called to report their claims within 30 days and to inform the Bankruptcy Manager and the Court about which the rights of insurance claim in the subjects of the bankruptcy debtor and in which cases are claimed to insurance,” the solution is said.
The test and reporting hearing are scheduled for 22. May, the independent newspapers are transmitted.
The bankruptcy proceeding initiated the director and person to represent the legal entity Goran Šuk from Kozarska Dubica, because the firm has already no business activities, conditions for continuing business, property, nor employees and has cash blockage.
